• Capsule Houses (in-stock, fixed-price) — units listed below ship 1–3 at a time, $11k–$49k per unit FOB. Best for resorts, ADUs, Airbnbs, luxury projects.

• Steel-Framed Housing (project quote) — typical factory cost $350–$500 / m² ($33–$48 / sq ft), plus shipping and tariffs. A 5-person local crew can have homes move-in ready in under 30 days. Best for property developers and large residential projects.

• Modular & Container Housing (project quote) — even faster builds and lower per-unit cost. Best for low-income housing, dormitories, worker quarters, and government / NGO programs.

Capsule Houses

Capsule Homes are a high-end solution for resorts, hotels, Airbnb's, and ADU's.

We can build to custom sizes and interior layouts. Full options for appliances, washer/dryer, fixtures, and entertainment packages.

Our homes are built to withstand extreme weather, including typhoons and hurricanes.

Capsule prices are FOB Qingdao for 1–3 units. Bulk discounts apply at 4+ units — contact us for a quote.
