For most projects, steel-framed housing is most appropriate. Typically our homes are factory built for about $350 - $500 per square meter ($33 - $48 per square foot), plus shipping and tariffs.

A small local crew of five is sufficient to have our homes move-in ready in under 30 days, after the foundation is prepared. Final construction cost is determined by local crew time and wages.

Other developments utilize modular and container house designs. These require even less local crew time, and are ideal for low-income housing, dormitories, and worker quarters.

For Airbnb's, ADU's, and luxury projects, capsule housing is a great option.

Capsule Homes are a high-end solution for resorts, hotels, Airbnb's, and ADU's.

We can build to custom sizes and interior layouts. Full options for appliances, washer/dryer, fixtures, and entertainment packages.

Our homes are built to withstand extreme weather, including typhoons and hurricanes.

Price quotes are effective December, 2025 and are for 1-3 units. For more than three units, bulk discounts apply.
