Direct Equipment Corporation ("we", "our") operates this website to showcase industrial equipment and collect inquiries from potential buyers. You can contact us through the Contact page.

When you submit the contact form we collect: name, email, and optionally company, product of interest, and message. We also automatically log: a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address (for abuse prevention, not for tracking), browser user-agent, the URL that referred you, and any utm_* query parameters on the page you submitted from.

3. How we use it

We use this data only to respond to your inquiry and to prevent form abuse. We do not sell it. Our email service (Resend) and our database (Neon) process it on our behalf under their respective privacy terms.

4. Cookies and third parties

We use a cookie-consent banner to gate any non-essential third-party scripts. Today the site loads no third-party tracking scripts; if we add analytics or other tools in the future, they will only load after you accept the banner.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us via the Contact page. We will respond within 30 days. EU/EEA residents (GDPR) and California residents (CCPA) have additional rights under their respective laws.
